Motorbike Accident – Cong Hoa Street
On the way to SaigonTech this morning, I ran into a huge traffic jam. Since it was quite unusual, it only meant there was a serious accident. Sure enough, on the other side of the street, a motorbike, maybe two, were down. Motorbike accidents that draw blood tend to be a popular “spectator” sport here in Saigon 
(The accident was located where the crowd is standing)
