Veteran’s Day in Pham Ngu Lao

Oddly enough, I spent the entire Veteran’s Day in Pham Ngu Lao which is something I normally do not do. Normally I get tired of the Backpacker area after a couple of hours. An Aussie friend was doing some shopping for the new house he rented in District 1. We all went to the Thai Binh Market at the end of Pham Ngu Lao Street. Oddly enough, I have visited Pham Ngu Lao many times but not once have I stopped at this particular market.
