V-in-V (Indonesian Blogger in Saigon)

The weather in Saigon now is very crisp and cool. The morning reminds me of the early Spring coolness I remember in Kazakhstan and from my hometown in Centralia, Washington. It is quite enjoyable to be in Saigon this time of the year right before the Tet holiday.
