More Fiber-optic Cable Looted

Some more smugglers were caught stealing fiber-optic cable from the sea near the coast of Vietnam. When is this going to end?  It looks like the Vietnamese government will beef up security along the cost but again I raise the question, “Who are the ones telling these smugglers the exact locations of the fiber-optic lines?”  Find these people and just maybe we all can get the bandwidth we pay for back here in Vietnam…
