I am not sure how I missed this email from Chuck Thomas. He was here in Saigon last month doing some GIS-projects that very interesting. This was a project Vinh and I wanted to start in the past but never had to time to focus on. I love geographical information systems and the potential of GIS in future development of Web 3.0.
