All pre-paid mobile subscribers of VinaPhone, MobiFone, Viettel, S-Fone, EVN Telecom and HTMobile will have to re-register to use mobile services by sending the form via SMS to number 1411, filling the form out on providers’ websites or directly registering at providers’ offices. Sending SMS to 1414 can begin as of January 1, 2008.
Yep, that means we all will have to register our mobile numbers with our providers. Actually, you have 2 years to comply but this being Vietnam, it is better to get it out of the way. Just to be on the safe side
