I noticed that the music is getting louder lately.  Notice that it seems to coincide with the increase of cars too.  More cars, more noise and I think the music is trying to quiet the sounds of these cars.  Just a theory.

There are plenty of quiet cafes left still.

Agreed. I hate noise too. Although I&#039;m Vietnamese, I don&#039;t understand why people play loud music everywhere, in supermarkets, in shops, even in bookstores. Obviously people don&#039;t go there for music.

Music in cafes is understandable but I prefer soft music anyway.

I know one place near Pham Van Hai street as well.  You have to walk your motorbikes inside and can only sit maximum 4 per table.  It is so quiet and the owner is nice.  He runs a Vespa club I heard.</description>
