Bo Ne – Phu Nhuan District
If you love beefsteak, then you should visit Bo Ne located on Huynh Van Banh street (at the first alleyway from Ly Van Si street). I visit Bo Ne once a week if I can for the best “bo ne” in the city (I will get a good picture next time). The bo ne is similar to the beefsteak except it comes with an egg and pate. The regular beefsteak comes with just french fries.
For an added treat, try the bo la lot (pictured below). I got laughed at since I have not figured the art of wrapping the rolls properly

The best Bo Ne in Saigon is at Hoang Yen located at 292 Pasteur St. (Dist. 3). It comes, of course, with egg and pate…..it tastes best with a little soy sauce and chili sauce.
