Wet, wet, wet in Saigon

A couple days ago I went to visit a friend at Saigon Bank in District 1. Can you believe it? It had already rained hard two times that day. At about 3 PM, it rained heavy again and yours truly got soaked. My poor rain poncho could not keep me dry since the wind was blowing the rain inside of it!
Welcome to Saigon during the rainy season.
