Gas stations in Saigon cheating customers

Well, I am not surprised here and we all suspected it anyway.  It explains why my motorbike can go from getting 29 km/litter one day to 33 km/litter on another.  It fluctuates like that and is never consistant though my driving is.

I noticed the petro stations near my house seem to be more honest than the other 3 places I get gas at.  Since many people are complaining now, I think the local authorities will try to keep a better eye on all gas stations now.  We hope :-)
