Bandwidth Irregularities with FPT?

Just checked my FPT ADSL bandwidth with Speakeasy‘s Seattle server.

Downloads: 293 kb/s
Uploads: 498 kb/s

With Speedtest‘s Singapore server, I got the following bandwidth results:

Downloads: 382 kb/s
Uploads: 505 kb/s

Hmm, isn’t the downloads supposed to be significantly higher than they uploads?

I hope they resolve the bandwidth issues soon.
