Saigon Lantern Kite
If you happen to see some strange red lights in the air around Anh Phu along the Saigon River, no worries, they are just lantern kites. It was nice to watch. They put a small candle inside a red lantern kite and then release it. It flies up similar to a hot air balloon. It stayed in the air for around 10 minutes flying over the Saigon Bridge into the Thanh Binh District area.
