Traffic Jam near E-Town
Yesterday afternoon, while my friend was test driving a BMW, I took some shots of the traffic jam at the end where both Truong Chinh and Cong Hoa streets meet. Traffic was flowing smoothly so I guess you it is not a traffic jam here yet…
