They use some chemical to get that taste. Not safe to drink. I need to be sure they brewed the coffee. The ones I've frequented so far have been beautiful & quiet but with poor coffee & service, or they provide a better standard but at western prices. Normally for me, the coffee has to be good, coffees shop must be quiet so I can have a conversation, and yeah, it kind of has to remind me of a Seattle coffee house. I know the type of coffee shop you like. There are many but I just do not have the time to visit them. The last year I chose places for meetings. Perhaps, "most Western" or "most expensive"? I haven't looked at all your posts on coffee, but the few I can see appear to be elite, too shiny, and soulless. That's great for some, but I am looking for something more real, more Saigon. Particularly in Districts 5 and 10. Got any recommendations?
