Friday Bandwidth with VNPT

VNPT, as well as FPT as home, seem to have resolved their bandwidth issues inside of Vietnam. Unfortunately, speeds outside of Vietnam are still kind of slow as you will see below. I do much of my work with a server in Provo, Utah, with very slow upload speeds.
Still, overall, positive news.
