The Cu Chi Ethnic Minority Park is located outside of Cu Chi. It is worth the trip. I highly recommend that you first visit the Cu Chi Tunnels. At about lunchtime, you should make your way to the Ethnic Minority Park for lunch. The park has an excellent Chinese restaurant. Once you have filled your stomach, take a tour of the park and visit the life of the Bana, an ethnic minority that used to reside in this area.
