Saigon is definitely one of most beautiful ciites in the World at night. At night, it is hard to tell the difference between Saigon and any other Western city.

    I believe Saigon has a pulse all its on at night. It is exciting, amazing, and unbelievable.

    I spent over one and a half hours last Sunday night riding around Saigon from the Phu Nhuan District to District 5 all the way out to District 2, it was a nice pleasant ride.

    I agree with you 100 percent 🙂
