I try to do Snatches twice a week now. It is one of my favorite exercises. My normal routine would be PVC warmups followed by bar work. I the progress to heavier weights. You will see me walk around the bar to prepare for the next set.
My own personal record is 80 kg at Reactor Crossfit in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This workout I got up to 75 kg. I should hit 80 kg by the end of the next month. My bodyweight should be near 80 kg then so it could be my first bodyweight Snatch.
