Japanese in Saigon

Saigon is a popular spot for Japanese in Vietnam.  Many come here as students, businessmen or just decide stay here for retirement.  My Japanese tutor, Yukie, is a student studying Vietnamese here.  She speaks Vietnamese fluently. :-)
