[Memories] New Year's Celebration back in December, 2004

Found some of my old photos from 2004.  I took these two pictures with my very old Samsung phone.  This was the extent of Christmas and New Years (2005) in Saigon.  A far difference from today.  It was still busy at night but there are definitely more lights now.
