Thai food at Vincom Center - Saigon

I had dinner last Friday at Vincom Center with my business partner, staff and a visitor from Singapore.  It has been over a year since I have visited Vincom Center when I ate at Carl's Jr.  I was surprised to see many new restaurants.  What surprised me the most about the food court was that the prices were lower then in the Pham Ngu Lao area.  The food was better quality as well.
